Sundowner Zambezi Lodge
This comfortable lodge is located about 150 km from Victoria Falls at the confluence of the Deka River with the mighty Zambezi. The comfortable chalets all have cooling thatched roofs, en-suite WC and showers and mosquito nets. Three of the cottages have a view of the Zambezi River, the other two look out over pristine bushland. A glittering swimming pool offers a welcome oasis on hot days.
For anglers, the fast flowing Zambezi River is a paradise. Here you can measure your skill and endurance against the most competitive and clever tiger fish in the country. There are also many other fish species to catch here. Especially delicious are the Zambezi bream!
Sundowner Zambezi Lodge offers good reasons for a visit not only for anglers: Many rarely seen bird species can be observed here on impressive guided walks. There is also the option of a guided tour to Hwange National Park 150 km away. A visit to a nearby village can also be arranged for you.
If you want to really get away from it all, this is the place to be.
